DESIGN SPA-INSPIRED BATHROOM RETREATS
“2015 bathrooms should be three things: contemporary, spa-like, and accessible,” according to the National Kitchen & Bathroom Association.
“Expect built-in soaking tubs to be replaced by open or frameless, large walk-in showers, with multiple shower heads,” say the experts at DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen Remodeling. The fluid look and fewer lines of a frameless shower doors will finish off the room.

CREATE FULLY FUNCTIONAL OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
“2015 will be the year of outdoor living spaces,” says Jim Saxon, President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty. “Home buyers are looking for large outdoor gathering spaces that have high-end features, such as stone fire pits and outdoor kitchens.”
The Homeowners Association rules looked as complicated as the U.S. Tax Code. In short, the HOA requires the submission of landscape planning diagrams prior to any changes made.
